The Beach House Apartments Do you dream of waking up listening to the sound of waves lapping on the shore? If so then a holiday at the Beach House is for you. If you love the sea, you will have an unforgettable holiday in first-rate surroundings. The Beach House is one of only three properties on the esplanade of this spectacular little bay. The beach has a Quality Coast award for 2011 and a Solent Water quality award for 2010 (still waiting for this year’s) The ground floor apartment has recently been upgraded to provide spacious, luxurious and comfortable accommodation for up to eight people. New this year A first floor apartment is now available for holidays. This is on the western side of the building, which means that it gets the sun almost all day. It has just been re-furbished to a very high standard to provide luxury, style and comfort for up to six people. Ground floor apartment Lounge/Kitchen/Dining Room The large kitchen adjoins the dining room which leads through into the spacious and very comfortable lounge where you can simply relax, listening to and watching the ever changing sea view, or maybe watch TV. Leading off the hallway are four large double bedrooms (three have king size beds and one has two 3’ singles). Bedrooms All the beds have very comfortable orthopaedic mattresses. The main bedroom has a deluxe pocket sprung mattress. The beds are equipped with duvets & all top quality Egyptian cotton linen is provided. Facilities See prices and facilities page for full list. The Garden Outside is a private garden with barbecue, dining table and chairs and parasols. Although it is so close to the sea, the garden affords privacy when required Beach Hut Also included is the use of the nearest beach hut, which is perfect for picnicking or sunbathing on the grass. It is an ideal location for sipping a glass of wine whilst admiring the sunset. It also provides poll position for watching shipping, the power boat race and yachting of which there is an abundance during the summer months, particularly during Cowes Week

First Floor Apartment A large lounge / dining room with panoramic views of the Solent. Separate kitchen Bedrooms Three doubles–a king size (5’) bed in the master en-suite bedroom, a double room and a twin room with two 3’ single beds. As with the ground floor all the beds have very comfortable orthopaedic mattresses and the linen is crisp Egyptian cotton with large fluffy white towels. Facilities The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer. A portable dock for your ipod The lounge is spacious and comfortable with a 42” plasma TV and there is a blue ray player for you to watch your own dvds and blue ray films. Wi fi is available throughout The apartment is very well appointed with very comfortable mattresses, duvets and crisp linen Cot, but not cot sheets or bedding Towels are provided for use in the apartment only. Please bring your own beach towels Hair drier The main family bathroom has a bath and shower. The en-suite bathroom has a shower, washbasin and toilet Shaver points in both bathrooms The washing machine and tumble drier are separate from the kitchen. Clothes lines are at the back of the house Iron and ironing board Barbecue Beach Hut As with the Ground floor, the use of a separate beach hut is included, with a green in front for sunbathing, barbecues or just watching the world go by.
