# Low Season:
January, February, March, November, December (less Christmas, New Year and Bank Holiday weekends which will be charged as High Season).
# High Season:
April, May, June, July, August, September, October, Christmas, New Year and Bank Holidays.
# A single occupancy surcharge of 10% applies during the low season and 20% during the high season.
# A non refundable deposit equivalent to one nights stay per room is required to confirm all bookings.

Fair Pricing Policy

The rates quoted above are the maximum you will pay, the only surcharge we make is for single person occupancy. We dont believe in advertising low prices just to atttract you just for you to find that prices "vary on a day to day basis" or to raise prices just because we know lots of people will be visiting the island.
