     Abingdon Lodge Hotel (B&B) is located at the top end of Ryde, just 5 minutes away from the esplanade, beaches, town centre shops and facilities.

Our bright and well presented accommodation is ideal for business travellers, short breaks and people looking to be centrally located while enjoying the delights of the Isle of Wight

         Abingdon Lodge is able to offer our guests FREE CAR PARKING and is positioned on a MAIN BUS ROUTE which runs regular services between Ryde and the County town of Newport; from which you can easily reach other outlying areas and attractions.

         All rooms are tastefully decorated with modern furnishings and en-suite facilities. We also ensure that your hospitality tray is topped up with teas and coffee.

         Abingdon Lodge is OPEN ALL YEAR ROUND and has centrally heated accommodation and is available in different configurations, such as single, double and family rooms.

         Breakfast will be cooked to your own personal requirements and served to you in our bright and spacious atrium or on our patio, both of which catch the morning sun.

   Breakfast is served in the atrium with a choice of either continental or full English. For those guests requiring an evening meal, Ryde town offers a range of Restaurants and Pubs to suit all tastes and budgets and is only 5 minutes walk away.

         All bedrooms are en suite and centrally heated. Comfortable furnishings include dressing table / writing desk and a colour television. Tea and coffee making facilities.

         Ironing boards, irons and hairdryers are available upon request at the reception.

         The hotel dates back to Victorian times, and retains much of its original charm and character. The improvements and modernisation have been blended with the old to maintain the ambience whilst ensuring a high standard of accommodation.

Our Rooms

         All rooms at Abingdon Lodge are bright, tastefully decorated and furnished with

         Modern Schreiber furniture. Rooms all have their own colour television, en-suite facilities and a hospitality tray with tea and coffee. Some rooms have both bath and shower.
